Angela is a single mother raising three boys. She has an Associate’s degree, works full-time in healthcare, and looks forward to graduating in the spring with her Bachelor’s degree. Homeownership was not something her family had experienced when she was growing up and its stability was something she desperately wanted for her children. Unfortunately, although she has a good credit score and a strong employment history, her school debt has kept her from qualifying for a mortgage she can afford.
