“The benefit of owning is knowing it’s mine, and that the money I was spending was going toward something I could build on, and not being wasted on rent. Paying off my mortgage has been such a blessing and it felt like a brick was lifted off my head. I feel awesome because though it’s been a bit of a struggle sometimes, I just had to get back up on my feet. I had to do it by myself and my faith and prayers got me through it.
Tonia’s kids are looking to buy her a new washer and dryer (something for her), in appreciation for the home they got to grow up in.
